- Piste en dur 1 376 m x 23 m (orientation 14/32, 2019), excellent état, accueillant avions codes 2B (jusqu’à 20 t / <24 m), hélicoptères, ULM et expérimentations nouvelles mobilités (drones, VTOL…).
- Vols VFR & IFR RNP – Jour/Nuit via PCL.
- Bretelle et taxiway bitumé, facilitant rotations, circulation et accès aux parkings.
- Aire d’avitaillement JET A1 / AVGAS 100LL – automate 24/24h (TOTAL, CB).
- Bâtiment d’accueil « pépinière/hôtel » entreprises aéronautiques : salle briefing/formation, hangar, ateliers, bureaux, sanitaires, zone de repos.
- Prochainement : création d’un centre U-space, corridors spécifiques drones et vertiport sur l’AéroPôle de Jonzac
- Hangar aviation 2 100 m² (accès piste), exploité par GAF Grob Aircraft France, avec potentiel d’extension.
- Hangar aviation/logistique 6 000 m² en cours de réalisation pour DAHER Aérospace (livraison mai 2026, extensible).
- Hangar aviation 1 500 m² pour ASMAN TECHNOLOGY (chantier sept. 2025, livraison T4 2026).
